I feel like I am hardstuck after a year and a half of gymcelling. Even if I am bulking I can’t gain weight, I am literally eating 6 meals a day. My face is super fucked up with bloat and acne due to excessive eating, I always get the urge to leanmaxxx back to my old weight. For instance my normal weight is 62 kgs, rn I am 70 kgs and I am getting urges to leanmaxx back to 58-55kgs.

You need to make sure you're increasing your relative strength on the main lifts (1RM/bodyweight). If you gained 15 kg in 18 months then obviously most of that is going to be fat. Just eat around maintenance but more protein than you otherwise would.

I know nigga. I seriously think I have a thyroid or hormonal problem, I literally lose like 2-3 kgs if I don’t eat for a day and it takes a week or two to gain back that weight. I think I will go for a health checkup this weekend
 
It's bones and frame that matters. No amount of going to the gym will fix that.

You either need top 1% percentile frame to have a halo irl cuz you will be wearing clothes and stuff. But for the average psl 5 girl you want, if your arms and forearms are massive it’s enough to give you a halo even if your frame isn’t wide enough.

I have good frame but no quality insertion of muscles, hence I look dyel in clothes.

@5.5psl thots on my frame? I only did a cycle of sarms before because my dad and grandpa both have heart problems which is genetic so I don’t wanna end up dead like zyzz at a young age. You think I should continue natty or nah?
 
Hop on something close to a carnivore diet
