That's quite normal in Orthodontist practices. Your orthodontist already checked that with X-rays before suggesting extraction. Your nearby teeth may still be crowded or rotated, so braces will allow your adult teeth to sprout through the gum.

yea it doesn’t matter u have to wait, I had dusty legit 2-4 teeth’s there were js straight on black, at 14 and a half till most of my temporary tooth fell out, rn there’s still 1 more doc said once I hit 17 or around it’ll fall

having baby tooth at 13 is, I had 4+ or so at 13, but ask the dentist on why he thinks it’s okay to remove 4 teeth and tell me what he says, unless under each teeth is the adult tooth, then it’s okay, otherwise hell no
