-First we need to know that Mitosis, When the cell completes cell division, takes 2 hours of constant tension/stress . Any attempt to change an organ in under 2 hours is cope.

-Next we need to ensure our nutrients allow cellular division

-Finally we need mechanisms to cause tension and stress so our bodies adapt.


General consensus is stretching but causes wrinkles with prolonged stretching so we can really only do intense static stretches for about 15 minutes before folds start forming. Getting to it, my theory is that if we give our mouths a pump and engorge them in blood post stretch it has been proven that "the pump" is called cellular swelling and stem cells are activated accelerating the fibers repair.
Easiest way to engorge in blood, Create a vacuum to draw the blood to your lips. Kylie jenner lip challenge after stretching, no longer than a minute Followed by Hyaluronic acid to soak in moisture and keep some of the plump after every stretch is what Im going to begin testing. If anyone else tries this let me know how it goes.

ps. If you only do it once and expect instant results get the fuck out of my post.

Nigga what? That means it would take 2 hours of training to grow a single muscle.

You're not thinking about the repair time. In lifting we rip the muscle. This is why we grow. I'm suggesting static stretches where we rip the muscle and draw blood through suction. A legitimate workout for lips followed by a topical on a highly absorbent surface to boost recovery.

Ok but what is the Hyaluronic acid for? The last thing I need is my lips to be more plump tbh, just wider
