I Have no idea what you just said here but its impossible to get ccw rotation without surgery maybe if you are 5-7yo you Can get ccw without surgery but if older you cant do much

yeah thats my bad on the wording, i meant if you dont have a gummy smile can you still get bimaxillary surgery with a ccw rotation or will the rotation mess up your smile, as i've heard less of the teeth show once you get a ccw rotation
