Just read recently a book about diet from the inventor of the colonoscopy - basically this Japanese guy found out that some doctors were shoving a video camera down patients' throat to film their stomach, so he wondered: "Why not put this camera in their ass instead....?".

I had a lot of gastric problems as a child + go tænia last year and started seeing blood + tarry spots on my poop sometimes
This would help me move on from this crap once and for all, just hoping that un have polyps in the worst case

I don’t have cancer so that’s good
I have inflammation tho and the specialists don’t know why
But they they it’s super mild and it should be fine for now

I'm guessing you would have done a stool test before you did a colonoscopy. Did the results say your faecal calprotectin levels were high (which indicates inflammation). What kind of inflammation was it IBD? Kinda worried because I gotta see the gastroenterologist this Friday

i had blood in stool, this is why I went for colonoscopy and fibroscopy
I didn’t do shit tests as they are unreliable
I will measure the calprotectin if my symptoms, my specialist told me so
