basically they need a doctor to write it for me but i dont have a lot of medical reasons. i am thinking of just saying tmj and sleep?

That's crazy , you can go to a maxillofacial surgeon and talk to him i think he'll write it for you, at the same time talk to him about what you can do to ascend but of course in context of health so you don't appear autistic

Same in UK and Sweden and few other EUW countries. We all need to relocate to Poland even from Canada. I swear I would’ve gotten surgeries long time ago if not for this nasty fuckery. I feel your pain.

What? Just find a privately owned medical imaging facility and call them. You will probably have to pay between $300 and $500 though.
You may need a doctor to refer you to begin though, just be honest with the reason.

I live in sweden and I have the same problem almost half of europe is bluepilled especially the nordic countries are the worst off all every thing has to be part of the government and you cant request something without a reason

Is it a OMFS surgeon? Just try a different one.
