Getting a face tat for ratios?

One of my cheekbones is wider than the other and it makes my esr 0.44-0.45 while it should be 0.46 for ideal proportion.

What are you guys thoughts?

I have 2 options: Convince a hair transplant doctor to do a transplant i've never seen done before (contacting surgeons atm) or get a tattoo in place of it.
