Getting a haircut + Need advice

for reference i have 3b curly hair. i got a cut 4 months ago which TOTALLY FUCKED ME UP and im still recovering and like i had a mullet

my back and front r way longer than the sides so the back gets super flat + when i wash my hair it instantly tangles even when i brush with product in

i also have a ton of split ends its insane

Im getting a scissor cut from some barber he better get me right
