Getting a lip lift after mouth widening or before

I got pmed some ridiculous result and I still check back to see if it was photoshopped

Je basically bought one of those tiny mouth stretcher appliances shipped from China but used it for 8 months and gained solid width from it.

Planned a lip lift next month but now I'm thinking about holding it off because I might get better results after I widen my mouth

Any mouth area experts here?
