Looks theory is still real as the way you look still has some influence over your life. But alot of us get carried away thinking "sub 8 equals death" when you just need to be psl 4-5 for a decent sex life.

1)looksmax above psl 3
2)have NT hobbies(cars, sports, travelling, pets, etc.)
3)gymcel or play sports
4)go to uni or get a job
5)make social media accounts(instagram, snapchat, fb, etc.)
6)make friends through job/school/hobbies
7)monday to thursday: work/school/exercise, hang out with friends at least one hour, sleep at 11pm-1am
friday: same but go out to drink at night
saturday: spend more time with normies, go out to drink again
sunday: more relaxed day, go to cinema or watch sports
8)plan yearly vacations, go to events etc.
9)expand your social circle and meet foids
10)orbit/talk to multiple foids and eventually get LTR with one
dont be a try hard, never get oneitis and always give up if you get no IOIs after a while
