Getting a perm soon how should i prepare for the perm + TIPS/ADVICE?

Starting this week, this is my plan to haircare plan to prepare for my perm and keeping it alive (Getting it permed on the 19th).
shampoo 2x a week, then use OUAI Medium Conditioner and Moroccanoil All-in-One Leave-In Conditioner.

any thoughts or tips i should do before and after getting a perm

Make sure to have enough length also don't use harsh shampoos 48 hours prior also bring inspiration photos
