yeah dont listen to the people above, i was in the exact same spot as you like 4 months ago bro, read my post. I got a septorhino originally just for the deviated septum. I cant like i had lke 5 of the boxes checked included nasal tip reduction. Also make sure ur ready for recovery its brutal, and just trust the process the whole time.

Get the best surgeon u can, if u cant afford it then wait.
