All the 50-60 year olds at my work have problems with their bodies. My dad is deteriorating as we speak and older relatives are dying off one by one.

This is the fate of everyone. Slowly deteriorating as you try to avoid your inevitable doom.

There is no escape and there is no cope. It will all be over
