My dad has the worst facial fat genes ever(he looks obese from the collarbones up even when he was skinny)

i think u r 2 concerned with a few hundred calorie deficit 4 a few months

if your bf is 2 high rn its not gonna be positively contributing 2 ur growth anyway

its fine to slightly drop the calories, as long as ur hitting ur micro nutrients and macro ( mainly protein )

It's not THAT high that I need to worry about it. I just have horrible genetics

I just don't wanna take any risks, I am very anorexic and sometimes don't eat for 1-2 days or barely eat(used to till like 2 weeks ago or so). So If I voluntarily started being in a calorie deficiet I might just starve to death.
