Getting around stimulant tolerance for appetite suppression?

been using adhd meds, got down to around 14% bodyfat, in the past few months they have not worked as well at suppressing appetite and i have gained weight mainly due to drinking and caring less about diet, now that im back to square 2 i need to starve quickly and need to keep appetite low. whats the best way to do this without switching meds?
