Been eating pretty much anything as long as i stayed in the cut but ive been feeling like shit recently. So im fasting for today and tomorrow im gonna only eat healthy. meat and fruit. Carbs only if i have to.
This will also allow me to be in an even bigger deficit.
Consistent already with minox and lash serum.
Gna order some skincare stuff and later hop on taz. thats pretty much all i can do right now :unsure:
