Whenever I'm out with a girl, I start noticing people around us (waitresses, shop clerks, or really any person even random pedestrians) being much warmer and more smiley than when I'm interacting with them alone or with male friends.
Anyone knows a scientific/blackpill theory on why this might be the case? I theorize the reason could be that since you're with a girl, then she is perceived as presumably interested in mating with you (of course, on a subconscious biological level), and so society makes you feel better when you're together in order to promote reproduction between the two of you (as reproduction is the only thing that the genes that drive us care about).
What are your thoughts?
PS: I don't know if that's the case for severely ugly couples, as society wouldn't want them to reproduce.
