Getting big as an ectomorph

Can an ectomorph get as big without any drugs (HGH, Steriods, etc.) as the other bodytypes (mesomorph)? Please give natty examples if you know some.

muh body types

ectomorph = framecel. framecels dont build muscle differently to higher bideltoids but your frame wont get much better.

clavicle lengthening + training shoulders and lats can ascend framecels.

Ectomorphs aren't framecels. Aesthetic building is all about being ectomorph so consider yourself to be blessed.

You will most likely have very narrow waist, although all parts of body will grow slow which is good. Your arms shouldn't be too big, chest and back and side delts should dominate. David Laid has rather small arms compared to bodybuilders with 'good' genetics, but it helps his back and chest appear bigger although they are not too big either.

So being ectomorph is actually ideal ig you aim for David Laid/Austin Dunham physique.

You can't without roids. Rest is cope. Go for a lean decently muscular physique or inject if you want to be huge

So many told me it is over as an ectomorph if I don't roid. Yeah have to admit these two are gl and mog.
 
My Shoulder to Waist ratio is 1.7. My< Shoulder to Hip ratio is 1.5. I didn't worked out yet. Can I achieve some aesthetic with these stats?

Jay Cutler and Ronnie are hideous. They look like shit. David and Austin look aesthetic and both are ectomorphs. Same goes for most athletic bodybuilders you see.

Most guys on here don't know what even being big means. There are classic physique competitors in my gym who look "small" on show videos and are literal houses in real life. Those guys are nothing compared to Cbum who is small compared to Cutler and Ronnie, yet people still think Cbum physique looks good in real life. Cbum is fucking huge in real life, I have better physique than most of my gym and look like a twink compared to these classic physique pros.

You should not aim to look big but to look aesthetic. You will be bigger than 85% of gym goers either way. David Laid is probably gigantic irl.

Dude that's some mad stats if you measured correctly. I have a shoulder to waist ratio of 1.58 rn on a bulk, probably won't get to 1.7 ever in my life. You get good v-taper at 1.5-1.55 already, 1.6 is what most consider ideal, everything 1.7-1.75+ if muscular looks freaky. You have great genetics.

Your hips perhaps should have been narrower, so you'll most likely have to work on increasing your waist so most likely you won't be able to get to a bigger shoulder to waist ratio, actually you might have to reduce it to not look feminine in clothes.

Most clothes is built for rectangular type people so I find myself looking very weird in non-tight fitting clothes because my waist doesn't fill the shirt most of the time. But shirtless you tend to look very good with these measurements.

Dude I never disagreed with this, but ectomorphs can get mad big. Gymcelling is the only place where blackpill doesn't work. Everyone can get bog and jacket because unlike with facial aesthetics physique is not mostly genetic.

This doesn't mean genetics don't play the largest role in building muscle. It means they play huge role when you work out, while majority of people don't.

Average american woman is over 70kg and under 5 4 tall. Same shit goes for men.

With facial aesthetics some people simply ascend by doing nothing during puberty. With physique even average gymcel jacked body mogs non gymmaxxed body.

Tristyn Lee has awful insertions and mogs 99% of lifters and gym goers. Will he win olympia? He probably wouldn't qualify to Olympia ever with those genetics. Does his physique mog? Yes.

Anyone who consistently lifts know this ectomorph endomorph bs doesn't matter at all. Everyone can put on size, everyone can put on muscle. You don't need roids just to gain weight. Unless your actually subhuman

I'm saying it. The mass monster era was the reason bodybuilding isn't mainstream.

Ypu have to seriously fuck up to get bodybuilding from Arnold era which made it one of the most popular sports and him one of the most recognizable people on earth to what we have in 21st century.

Until mass becomes irrelevant bodybuilding will not be considered a real sport. Also bodybuilders need to beef more with each other, create mad posing with great music selection, pose in well dedigned environments etc. Current state of bodybuilding looks so amateurish with no clear rules and does not seem fun to average spectator.

not true, theres people who actually gain weight like crazy and need to monitor every calorie while theres people who can eat anything and not give a fuck however most people dont have either of these problems since theyre just average

YES. You have an advantage to where you won't put on fat as easily. So you can gain and gain and you will put on less fat than a normal person.

Most "ectomorphs" who complain they can't gain, is because they don't eat enough. Your metabolism is not too fast to gain weight, you just eat 2000 calories a day. If you eat a lot, and workout hard, you will gain just like everyone else.

Most "mesomorphs" did boxing/wrestling/swimming or some heavy physical sports during their development years.
Ectomorphs maybe played soccer or tennis or cycling
While endomorphs were sitting on their asses all day(fishing, chess)

I'm the same way. You're like me, we can eat endlessly and don't feel full easily
