ya i was asking my surgeon about a genio and he was very against it for some reason. not sure if he just doesnt do them much or what but i feel like a tri would be 1000% better. but worst case i just get chin implants

Yeah you’ll ascension from the bimax but your front is good u have good appeal, side is slightly lacking so bimax will probably fix that, I wouldn’t say rhino was needed but good to maximise ig

Rhino always makes improvement and bimax will make you stop being boneless so yeah pretty much from mtn to lhtn
