Getting bimax ccw impaction for my OSA
But wondering if I need

1. Canthopexy
2. Lower eyelid retraction
3. Infraorbital Implanta

Or should I assess MONTHS after? Literature shows bimax can help tiny %

( I’ve gotten fat grafting to supra but need more clearly on one side )
