Getting Body Acne very fast /–What shall I do?

So I was Off Cycle for Abt 1.5 Months and started my new cycle(https://looksmax.org/threads/my-final-cycle-m15.2184406/) on Friday Evening. Since then I had sevear pain in my Left knicap(idk what the real Name is), but I had rlly good Dreams and Overall Sleep. But since Today I and my Parents noticed sevear acne gains on my Body wich get more and more and more as we speak, its rapidly fast. Its weird because I Alrd was on 4 or 5 cycles(I am Not quit sure), and I Never had Problems with acne rlly(Even if only in the Face).
Can Accutane help? I still have some spare at home.
Or what shall I do? Any Advice?

accutane might be counter-intuitive.
because it presents it's own problems.
it affects your liver and is toxic.
it also affects your blood lipids.
i wouldn't recommend it and if i were you i'd just try to mitigate it with benzoylperoxide body wash because those complications could be dangerous.

but if you've got the money to test yourself for it, it shouldn't be a problem.
