You know what’s truly upsetting? Some people genuinely do get botched. They can save $50k for craniofacial surgery, spend years researching surgeons, and still end up looking worse afterward. And the harsh truth is that this can happen with almost any procedure, even something as seemingly minor as filler.


It’s upsetting because so many of us are losing our minds trying to improve our appearance, sometimes putting everything we have into it, and there’s still no guarantee that we’ll actually end up looking better. That’s the brutal reality of looksmaxxing: money, research, and effort can reduce the risks, but they can’t eliminate them.
