GETTING BUCCAL FAT REMOVAL AT 18

In my case I have persistent facial fat and a large skull which looks retarded. I've even had 2 aqualyx sessions and yet I haven't reached the desired leanness, I have to diet to 10% bodyfat to have good facial leanness and get compliments, which I simply cant sustain.

I just got my student loan in and birthday money and I'm spending this shit on surgery at 18. I genuinely don't care at this point. It could take a while for me to organise it but I doubt it, I am putting in 100% effort with no delay into this. I will PM anyone with the result if they ask once I have completed my surgery. In the future, once I get enough money from my job as a lawyer, I will get trimax and cheekbone implants.

This is not LARP. I am going to get this the millisecond I can set it up. Find me another 18 year old willing to do any surgery it takes, this is only the beginning.

Got it at 20, rly like the result and it turned out really well. And no even for the boneless people this surgery usually looks nice, you'll still look leaner even at high bodyfat. I have hollow cheeks rn at like 15-20% bodyfat lmao.

Its a mogger surgery, just make sure you remove all of it

Right, but I did 2 aqualyx sessions so if I remove all of it I could look like a botch job, we will see but I will push my surgeon to get rid of most of it
