Honestly since 2025, i've been having mood swings, day to day, going from hopeful and motivated to depressed and hopeless

i also just finished my igcses yesterday, so i'm giving my body time to recover till gr11 (next week) by sleeping and eating

how do you regulate serotonin though, is it through diet + sleep or should i supplement or go to a doctor?
diet and sleep should do the work, especially eggs chicken nuts, for me sunlight did me wonders it really changes my mood to the better, if all these dont work ask doc

pretty normal to happen , either low dopamine / seratonin and the videos u watch affect, like motivational videos or some sad videos, also low sleep amounts and or crazy stress, happens to everyone tbf

Yeah man, i noticed that when i was eating well like lots of eggs, chicken and sleeping decently i had much better energy

these past few weeks i've had pretty shit habits cause of exams, i basically ate goyslop breakfast, lunch, dinner for like 1-2 weeks

might take a while to get better
