Getting Dementia JFL

I am like 60-75% sure i will develop some kind of dementia after 60 due to drug abuse during development what odds do you think i have
Drug list:
1. Zopiclone
I Snorted Orally and Put zopiclone under my tongue for around 3-4 months average dosage 7.5-15 so average pharma dose occasionally combined with other drugs

2. Benadryl(DPH)
this is definitely one of the worst decisions of drug choice, dosage range was prob 3-400 every day for 4-5 months and combined with other drugs, now i only use for sleep or to potentiate opiates

3. Benzos
Klonopin phenazolam bromazepam alprazolam and lorazepam, mostly bromaze and kpins though, and i still use these atleast once, twice a week

ive also done alot more but these are just the ones that showed up the most when I was looking at drugs that cause a increased dementia risk

I'm actually not sure on the relation between dementia and the substances you've listed but I guess a good starting point would be asking yourself if there's any family history of dementia

I have no records of my dad's side, although my mom's side has multiple elders with signs of dementia onset and full-on dementia

I had a short DPH phase in the summer, thank god that shit didn't last long. I think my highest was 300mg but it was too much for me tbh, I couldn't handle hearing ppl calling my name that weren't there and seeing weird shit in the corners of my vision

Oh myb i assumed milligrams at first but they come in 25mgs for one pill
