Look at places like Thailand. They barely teach people to stop at red light. Yeah they have countless scooter deaths. It's all drunk retards though. Driving is simple and intuitive.

I always wondered before stepping foot into the US why people make such a huge fuss about driving licence and shit because in curryland all you had to do is hand the instructor a 500 rupees note and be done with it but once I was in California I realised how much of hassle it is.
