Getting enough potassium is so hard

Everytime I plug in my micronutrient profile for the day on chatgpt it tells me my potassium intake is subhuman

Feels like no matter how many fucking tomatoes and coconut water I pound down it always ends up short.

Could consider potatoemaxxing tbh
