Getting Eplerenone and Accutane at Doctors. What should I say to get both?

I want to get both from dermatologist since I have a problematic skin and nothing helps so I'm getting accutane, about Eplerenone I'm the most interested about because I'm still looking bloated as fuck after fixing all that I could, what should I say to get Eplerenone?

Accutane isnt "hard" to get, but they might put you onto a shitty topical. Only 2 topicals work out of everything else.

Accutane will be given to you if you have acne thats bad --> horrible, and if you have it on your back as well. Tretinoin and Cabtreo are the only ones that will get rid of your acne. You can pair it with a estriol cream as well but you would need to buy that on indiamart.

Yes it’s especially useful for acne scarring if you are able to take it long enough. Also decent for rosacea just all around goated

Helps with remodeling but doesn’t fix them only a subcision can remove the tethers thought I’d be specific for any incel iqlets looking to correct me

Mainly I'm going to use it for my disgusting yam nose. I've seen it decreasing nose bloating by about 30%, but my nose is inflammated so I think it'll be gone completely. It's bulbous as fuck and my skin isn't great either, so I'm gonna shoot 2 with 1 bullet.
