Tbh if you‘re born attractive then you wouldn’t really ‚act‘ narcissistic. The positive feedback loop you have since childhood would make you act more confident naturally, but not to a degree that makes you narcissist. Or they manage to code switch well, idrk since I’m not attractive

Well an option only for models or actors, but all really successful actors know how to act despite being attractive.
But generally there are plenty of attractive people (actually 99% of them) that wagecuck and live a normal life
