Remember, walking is movement, not exercise. Even Goatis wouldn't criticize it. Walk barefoot outside to ground or walk backwards on a treadmill.

A lot of times if you have muscles that are atrophied from disuse and you start to use them all of a sudden intensely, they will start to cramp.

I wouldn't worry about getting lean. You can be lean and be out of shape (skinny gamers are an example). You can be fat and in shape (NFL players for example). It's about being in shape, so that you have baseline level of stamina and endurance for sex.

being fat has nothing to do with having underused muscles that can't adapt to a sudden increase in intensity, especially when there is no weight, people aren't really fat from not moving they're fat because they eat too much
and what you said has never been true in my own experience, muscle cramps are still mainly caused by an electrolyte imbalance, you lose electrolytes when you exercise so that could be a factor in what you said too

i still dont think if you had the proper amount of electrolytes that you'd suddenly cramp up from sudden movements
especially if you have a wife, would probably be out doing relationship shit every weekend, thats still using the muscle, your glutes and hip flexors wont suddenly cramp up in sex if you spent some portion of the day walking

It was my first time having sex in 2 years. I'm on the primal diet. I have a somewhat sedentary job.

I eat more fruit than I should. I have raw milk, raw meat, raw eggs which has plenty of electrolytes.
