Im pretty sure i heard one time that if u get fat and then lose it ur face changes for the better and bones move around or something does anyone know of this? Anyone know its legit?

I’ve never seen an obese man with a long midface. Assuming these guys have been fat since they were kids (which is the case for a large portion, if not the majority, of obese adults), the fat on their necks and their submental areas created upward forces that prevented the maxilla and mandible...

I think if you were on a strong steroid cycle and ate the hard stuff you might have a better jaw because it works that way but, I don't think it's optimal or worth it
