well yes, at hhtn and above, they can do whatever they please and girl probably will even remember them, but mtn and ltn shouldn't even try to "just get number" or "just get insta", unless their instagram / texting game is so insanely good that it's worth it. Exceptions to everything.

probably 5'10-5'11 mtn or ltn. They also realized he was too confrontational and approach was too cold. ofc at htn and above those would be smaller problems, but for him to beg for phone numbers like that came out creepy. Different rules at different looks levels.
