getting good lips (serious)

yo i wanna know how to max out my lips like have them soft and shit not all dry or anything mine arnt that dry atm but sometimes they get a bit dry and im wondering if js using vaseline each morning is enough or what

- Get them damp and dab vaseline on them every night
- Exfoliate them with an old toothbrush every 2-3 days
- Fraud better lip color with tinted lip balm
