I am confident that getting a good posture would twice my appeal. (Know it by myself and also been told by the girls - I have rather good frame or maybe its just the others that have bad but either way it'd make a big difference)

For most of the time I can remember I had bad posture. Bit of everything. Nerd neck, knobby knees, rounded shoulders and being stiff.

I have been stiff as hell all my life even though I did proper stretching when doing martial arts and also been active most of my life. Currently I walk everyday and follow a 5ul-ppl split so I would say I am rather active. (saying these to avoid questions if I am just a nerd)

I am legit clueless how to stand straight even so would love to hear some advice since wikihow "just stand straight bro" didn't really help.

PS: sry if there is another thread for this or already answered but I am new and can't use the search feature atm

Solution
Not kidding you, I realized like a month ago that if I pull my scapulas together something goes right. Back in the day my dumbass thought I should push out my chest and maybe make my shoulders stick back

i have the same problem when i saw my posture i realized how cooked i am. my neck posture is really bad and my shoulders hang down. i think you just have to train the muscels. so train back, neck in gym

My neck is good, its long like a guitar so thats kind of a nerf but other than that its wide enough to not look weird. Gym did help but I think the problem is in my general existence and not in a lack of training
