i got visible abs but i want to be vascular im 15-16% bf im 55kg 5'9 i wanna be sub 13% bf, and maybe put on like 2 kg or two atleast by the month i train at home but yeah body weight training and pullups not gonna cut it i nedd weights

yeah thats pretty realistic for a month no? if i get protein dialed in. Ive been eating like 120g+ of protein everyday. I think i do have hormonal issues tho so im getting blood test cuz im 18 and may hop on test.

Yeah mainly i want vascularity more than anything and to get to the big 60kg genually if im chisled and at 60kg im happy. Thats pretty decent for someone who is 5'9 and will make sure my face looks good
