probably a lot of hit and runs

foid is too busy texting on her phone and she hits and kills a pedestrian, many such cases

Exactly. If a foid kills a man natural assumption is that she took you by complete surprise so it's not as embarrassing. Whereas a male killing another male generally means that you couldn't overpower him (fair fight or not)
