Try more like 2 months, or if you have the willpower of an average person, 3-6 months of cutting.
The only thing you can do in week that will make a visible change is dehydration. Spend time in a sauna. Take diuretics. Eat close to zero salt and processed carbs.
It will not make you leaner, but you will look less bloated within 72 hours

i mean theres 7.7k calories in a kilo of fat, lets say u have around 2k calories maintenance, and u eat nothing for a week straight, 7x2 = 14k which is nearly 2kg within a week

Second, two kilos will almost certainly not drop his body fat from 20% to 15%. The math doesn't add up.
Assume he has 55kg of lean mass now, with 25kg of fat. (These are estimates, because OP didn't provide his statistics) giving him a body fat of 20,0%.
If he drops his weight from 80 to 78kg, even assuming zero muscle loss (impossible) his body now has 19% body fat using Hume's formula.
He would need to drop an extra 8 kilos of fat to be at 15% and that is going to take a month with extreme discipline and more if he wants to do it right (moderate deficit, high protein, lifting hard weights during the entire cut).
