can someone tell me how to get lean really fast. I need to go from 20% bf to 15 or less in 2 weeks before school starts.

You don't. It didn't pack on overnight and it wont come off in 2 weeks even if you water fast and abuse DNP.

Try more like 2 months, or if you have the willpower of an average person, 3-6 months of cutting.

The only thing you can do in week that will make a visible change is dehydration. Spend time in a sauna. Take diuretics. Eat close to zero salt and processed carbs.

It will not make you leaner, but you will look less bloated within 72 hours

yea but i’m afraid of eating low calories because ur metabolism can adapt and make it your maintenance
 
Omad, 1500 kcal high protein, daily weightlifting + cardio, caffeine, nicotine do this and u will get lean no time

do cardio everyday, stop eating carbs and sugar, drink water and eat less. I dont recommend this to you but this is the only way

isnt it possible to lose 1kg+ in a week?
i mean theres 7.7k calories in a kilo of fat, lets say u have around 2k calories maintenance, and u eat nothing for a week straight, 7x2 = 14k which is nearly 2kg within a week

Water fasting that long will lead to muscle loss as well. Not everything you lose will be fat. Resulting in a skinnyfat look even though the scale went down.

Second, two kilos will almost certainly not drop his body fat from 20% to 15%. The math doesn't add up.

Assume he has 55kg of lean mass now, with 25kg of fat. (These are estimates, because OP didn't provide his statistics) giving him a body fat of 20,0%.

If he drops his weight from 80 to 78kg, even assuming zero muscle loss (impossible) his body now has 19% body fat using Hume's formula.

He would need to drop an extra 8 kilos of fat to be at 15% and that is going to take a month with extreme discipline and more if he wants to do it right (moderate deficit, high protein, lifting hard weights during the entire cut).

Lean 93/7 grass fed ground beef 1 lb
cane sugar & beef gelatin powder with the milk
Eat dates to keep blood sugar from crashing
1 liter OJ
Coffee
Coconut oil few tablespoons

Walk for 4-5 hours a day
So 4-5 1 hr walks

Estimated calorie intake~3000-3500
Calories burned with 1g DNP daily~10,000
Weight lost after 5 days= 10 lbs

you just proved it's literally impossible, no food will already be hard let alone with 5 hours cardio most people will collapse on the third day

with moderate dosage of dnp and low calorie diet and low intensity cardio is very possible in 2 weeks. Your are underrate the power of dnp

You're never going to lose that much weight in 2 weeks even on drugs tbh. The idiot-proof way to do it over the course of a few more weeks is to do OMAD carnivore since it's the best ratio of satiety and total nutrition to calories.
