Getting more protruding ears?/Visible ears from the front?

I wanted to know how I can make my ears *stick out* more, I know most people want their ears to be less visible because they look like elephants, but there are a lot of guys out there who have invisible ears from the front either because their cheekbones are too wide or because their ears are simply too small which looks fucking ridiculous like the photo below, so what's the best solution ?

Reverse otoplasty exists but the only surgeons I found are in China and the only temporary solution I found were those butterfly ear stickers(picture below) but they need to *stick* which means they don't work after a while

(yeah the results are exaggerated but imagine using those on the first person I showed you)


is there anything that's practically invisible that would allow me to make my ears stick out while I gather money for that surgery ?

You can also see that the ears kind of change the shape of that girl's head, making her look WAY less bloated
