Teach me any ways to improve gonial angle, inward gonions and/or recessed maxilla including pinning or other hardmax pls. Prioritizing less invasive procedures tho

A bimax instantly gives you +10° of CCW rotation and is therefore the most effective method you can do to improve your gonial angle
Orthdontic treatments like an orthodontic headgear can work but only for patients who are still developing, since it pulls with around 500g of force. I assume you're older than 13 so you will need more force (1.5kg) to see some results, don't forget it's a slow process

MSE and braces just widen your palate and straighten out your teeth, you might get some anterior growth from the MSE

no headgear isn't cope but mse doesn't give you forward growth, and when you get braces make sure either they don't extract teeth or you get damon braces.

Ik mse doesnt give forward growth and I got self regulating brackets but what could be an evidence that headgear isnt cope im wondering if its really worth it for me to go through

dude what do you think headgears are for, if you are going to a orthodoctiss and they set it up for you it surely isn't cope

I wouldnt happen to be able to get such an appliance with 1.5kg force at my ortho would I

Even if I was I'm not sure how I'd be asking for it because I do have crowding and other symptoms for narrow palate but I don't think I necessarily need a facegear

the regular headgear works for very young patients who are still developing,
you're 16. you will have to pull with more force to get results overtime

no, I don't think any ortho would give a patient a device that pulls your maxilla forwards with a 1.5kg force, you will have to make one yourself ig
