everyday, i feel depressed but it’s cycles lowk. my heart beat is elevated and i feel naseous. I don’t want my parents to know, is this possible or is it not a garuntee?

enclomiphene (whenever i feel but i stopped taking it as much cuz i didn’t wanna take ai cuz it makes me feel depressed)
aromatase inhibitor
erdafitinib 4mg daily
proviron (just started)
bunch of skincare but that doesn’t matter
modafinil
dexies ( dextroamphetamine or something )
