Getting my braces off cooked me

I just got my braces off today and it fried my face. Having the braces on put a couple millimeters of space in between my teeth and lips which pushed out my entire face between my chin and nose and slightly pushing my nose up. Now that spacer is gone and I look completely recessed. My nose looks a bit more crooked too since is no longer supported by the braces. What do I do?

Ur not wrong braces do kinda give my support to ur face thats why braces can get caught on ur cheeks and lips
