Getting my narrow palate expanded I have lots of questions

I'm getting checked up to see if I should get my palate expanded for breathing purposes. What should I do or say leading up to the professional taking a look at my palate to ensure I get the best possible thing and what would that best possible thing be? And what visual changes would I see after completing expansion

did you not do any prior research before you went to it bro?? that’s retarded but it’s ok,
what visual effects you will see is a wider face, which will make your skull appear wider, and jawline as well which will most likely give you bigger dimo, this all depends on how you look though, other than that nothing else lol
