Getting my third and final surgery in 1 hour

Got rhino+chin implant in August. Results were subtle, but definitely an improvement. Now I’m finishing it off with an otoplasty.

Usually doctor has patients take a Valium before otoplasty but because I want to be able to drive home myself (not telling friends and family about any of my surgeries) I’m going to have to do it without any drugs.

Hoping results are natural and subtle enough that my parents won’t notice it.

Same here, not telling any family or friends but I know they’ll notice. My nose and ears are so big I’ll look like a different person when I get them changed lol

My family didn't notice my rhinoplasty or chin implant. People are consistently less observant than I assume they'll be. My new ears might be too noticeable though. My ears are pretty prominent and you cant really cover them with anything.

I don't get the bandages off for two more days. Then it'll be about 4 weeks until I see final results.
So far it hurts like hell though. Much worse than my rhino and chin implant. Im on pretty strong painkillers and its still pretty bad.

whats that greycel garbage, many ppl get otoplasty. It just looks better when ears arent protruding too much.
