Getting nasal reconstruction this week!

So I've consulted with my doctor and he basically says everything about my nose is dysfunctional. I have turbinate hypertrophy, a deviated septum, nasal tip ptosis, and just generally terrible nasal architecture. I'm getting total reconstructive surgery this week alongside cosmetic adjustments so that I can both breathe and also mog since my nose is my absolute worst feature due to big-like aelar width.

I either ascend or I become a botch-job, but the former is never possible without risking the latter and I'm ready for it.
