Getting nose surgery for broken nose. How do i larp to get them to make my nose smaller

Some white cucks tried to jump me and broke my nose but ran off after i broke the guys jaw (no flex) And i got an xray and am going to the nose doctor to see what surgery. These are all the pictures of my broken nose and before and the xrays. The doctors note said this Fracture of the frontal process of the maxilla on the left with mild medial angulation. So if somebody can tell me what that means and what do i have to say so they can help my nose finally not be my biggest flaw
