I think it would depend of the outcome and therefore on where you start.
If the result makes you look good, the only people criticizing you will be your parents lmao.
Other people people will acknowledge it was a good idea.

But if you still look like shit, this will enhance the fact that they know you have issues with the way you look.

i got plastic surgery - rhino and chin implant - in 2002 when i was 18 and just out of high school. still had friends in high school. all my friends were supportive. i started dating my ex, who i had known before the surgery, shortly after. i remember her telling me that her and her friend were watching me get a haircut and being like "does he look any different?" so i guess curious.
