Getting on isotret, what should I know?

It was a kind of a spur of the moment decision at the dermatologist today.

I have done almost 0 research.

And I plan to roid while on it.

I’ve been struggling with acne since I was 13 or so and have been going since. I’ve tried pretty much everything to no avail.

Just dont use orals roids alongside and dont lift too heavy

With that said I used it along a cocktail of livertoxic shit egolifting my ass off on roids and still had decent bloods and 0 injuries/pain.
But thats a risk assessment thing

Good advice I heard that your joints can start to ache while on it.

Dry everything mostly lips and flaking, buy biotin or omega 3 and use moisturizer

Nosebleeds and sensitive skin, use an SPF 50 + pa++++ sunscreen everytime there's sun outside

I personally had no issues, but was running deca which is joint protective af, so idk

Bad practice to expose yourself to additional harm though. Keep things moderate jf youre gonna roid. 40mgs of accutane should be enough

i think i can get away with not running anything for my joints as im going to be on fairly low doses.
