In England is it only possible to get Accutane through prescription or are their good enough alternatives where I wouldn't have to spend months trying to get prescribed, is it also worth taking despite the side effects, apparently it changes your nose and fucks with your hormones but I couldn't find any good threads for it any information is appreciated.
