getting propranolol prescribed

I live in sweden and im trying to get propranolol. What should i tell my doc? Ive heard that prop is pretty easy to get prescribed. I want the prop to be able to calm myself down in certant situations, such as ot being physically stressed b4 and during presentations, dates and sex and so on.

Yeah i know. But u get soft bcs of adrenaline and cortisol n shit and wont propranolol inhibit that?

I didnt notice any lower inhib it really helps for physical symptoms tho

I know but it lowers physical stress and i think thats the cause of ED in anexiety. If u dont feel the adrenaline and cortisol spiking u wont block the system making u hard
